Wine Fifty Five is about learning and enjoying wine, started in 2015 by sommelier Thomas Nicholas Thorne. A North Carolina native, he has been in the wine industry for over 20 years. Our focus is on high quality wine education though classes, wine dinners, tastings, and custom events. We know our stuff and we want to share it with you.

It is our mission is to bring the knowledge and enjoyment of wine straight to you, to broaden your view of what wine has to offer and expand your palate. From country to grape and from us to you, in vino veritas!
