Our focus at Wine Fifty Five is high quality wine education, and there are a number of services that we offer.

Classes and Tastings
We will focus on regions, appellations, styles and varietals, how to taste and identify aromas and flavors, etc. We also offer a general wine introduction course. You can sign up for individual classes, a class series, or chat with us if you’d like us to design a class around a certain topic.

Classes typically run about 1.5 hours, and cost around $15 per class. We can use powerpoint presentations, or keep it casual if a more relaxed atmosphere is desired. We also love to run wine dinners as a type of capstone to our class series.

Dinners
Wine dinners showcase the flavors and finesse of a restaurant’s cuisine through the lens of a glass of wine. And it goes both ways, as many wines are their best when paired with the right dish. We work with local restaurants to tailor-make a menu, pairing wines with each course, appetizers to desserts.

At-Home Sommelier
